What is a flexible wall washer?
A bendable linear LED light with optics that spread its light evenly over a wall, so it can follow curved walls and façades. Lumea and Kello bend to a 75 mm radius, top and side, and twist up to 540° per metre; MechFlex is built from linked LED modules.
How do Lumea, Kello and MechFlex differ?
Lumea16 (16 × 16 mm) has its optics built into the extrusion for a uniform, dot-free wash, in 3000K, 4000K, RGB and RGBW with a 5-year warranty. Kello16 (16 × 18 mm) has narrow professional optics and runs at up to 20 W/m in 3000K or 4000K. MechFlex comes as the 76 mm wide MechFlex404 (36 W/m) and the 26 × 33 mm MechFlex202 (24 W/m), in 4000K.
Which beam angles are available?
Lumea (white): 22° × 77°, 28° × 82°, 32° × 84° and 40° × 88°. Kello: 14° × 14°, 17° × 17°, 25° × 25°, 30° × 30°, 40° × 40° and 17° × 40°. MechFlex404: 15°, 25°, 35°, 45° and 15° × 45°. MechFlex202: 20°, 25°, 35°, 50°, 20° × 40° and 20° × 60°.
What voltage and protection rating do they have?
All three run on 24 V DC with CRI > 90. Lumea and Kello are rated IP65 / IP67, MechFlex IP66.
