Is a flexible LED sheet the same as a flexible LED panel?
Yes. Flexible LED sheet, flexible LED panel and LED light sheet name one product: a thin flexible PCB with LEDs on a regular grid that is cut to size and fixed behind a translucent surface. It is not a ceiling LED panel light, which is a rigid luminaire with its own frame and diffuser.
What is a flexible LED panel or LED light sheet?
A thin flexible PCB with LEDs on a regular grid, so a translucent surface such as onyx, marble, acrylic or fabric lights evenly instead of showing the lines a strip leaves. Artcolor makes sixteen AC sheets in five groups: single colour, tunable white, RGB / RGBW / RGBCCT, addressable pixel and 10 m rolls.
Which sizes do the sheets come in?
250 × 250 mm tiles, 490–610 mm sheets and 10 m × 240 mm rolls. Every sheet cuts along its marked lines, in units from 20.4 mm to 125 mm by model, and each cut piece gets its own feed from the supplied leads.
What voltage do flexible LED sheets run on?
24 V DC from a constant-voltage driver, except the AC-0317 addressable tile on 12 V DC; the AC-0287 is made in either voltage.
Which LED sheet suits backlit onyx or marble?
A high-CRI white sheet: the AC-0287 (CRI > 90, any CCT from 1800 to 20000 K) or the larger AC-2002 for one colour temperature, the AC-0315 (CRI > 90) or the AC-0294 (CRI > 80) for tunable white. Send the lit area and the stone's thickness for a layout by the sheet.
