Artcolor is a linear lighting specialist. It designs and manufactures flexible LED strips (nine series), LED neon in silicone, PMMA, TPU and PC, flexible and rigid wall washers, LED sheets and PMMA/PC/TPU extrusion optics, and offers lighting design and lighting-control system integration.
Artcolor Lighting Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is based in Shenzhen, China, and controls the full process from product design and technical R&D to manufacturing. Reference projects include retail façades in Hong Kong, the W Hotel in Changsha, offices in Singapore and construction-site lighting in France.
Standard (PrimCore) is the everyday 12 V/24 V choice; High Efficiency (RayMax) reaches up to 150 lm/W; ArmorCore adds an extra-warm 1800K option; SnipX can be cut at every LED (8.33 mm); Demini is tunable white (2700K + 6500K); Ultra offers 10–12 mm boards at 24 V and 48 V; PolyX covers RGB, RGBW and RGBCW; Wave uses an S-shaped board that bends sideways (30 mm radius); Matrix is a multi-row 15–25 mm strip at 24 W/m for coves and backlighting.
Higher voltage draws less current for the same power, so voltage drop is lower and runs stay more even. 12 V strips suit short runs and 12 V systems; 24 V is the standard for most architectural work; the 48 V Ultra strip (AH2835-48V-168-10mm) is for demanding long lines. Every Artcolor strip is specified for runs of up to 5 m per power feed.
White strips come in 2200K, 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 4500K, 5000K and 6500K (1800K on ArmorCore). Warm 1800K–2700K suits hospitality and residential spaces, 3000K–3500K retail and homes, 4000K offices and galleries, and 5000K–6500K task lighting. For changing scenes, the Demini series is tunable between 2700K and 6500K.
Every strip can be ordered in five protection levels: IP20 — indoor, bare board; IP54 — nano coating, splash resistant; IP65 — silicone glue, weatherproof; IP67 — silicone tube, temporary immersion; IP68 — solid silicone extrusion, submersible.
All white strips have a colour rendering index (CRI) above 90 and colour consistency within 3 SDCM (3-step MacAdam ellipse), and are tested in Artcolor's own integrating sphere and photometric lab.
Each product lists its cutting interval. It ranges from 8.33 mm on SnipX (cut at every LED) and the PolyX 3838 RGB strip, through 25–83 mm on most strips, to 100 mm on some 60- and 80-LED/m strips. Only cut on the marked cut lines.
Most strips have a 60 mm minimum bend radius. The Wave series (S-shaped board) and AP2835-24V-160-8mm bend to 30 mm, and Wave strips can also bend sideways in-plane for curves, arches and lettering.
Artcolor presents CE (EMC, TÜV Rheinland), UL (UL 2108 / UL 8750) and CB (IEC 60598) certificates and a US patent. The strips carry a 5-year warranty and are tested in-house for temperature and humidity, thermal shock, UV, salt spray, rain, dust, drop, winding/torsion and transport.
Artcolor sources from Nichia, Bridgelux, Lumileds, ams OSRAM, Cree, Seoul Semiconductor, and uses PC, PMMA, TPU and silicone materials from suppliers such as Covestro, Mitsubishi, SABIC, Arkema, Röhm, Dow and DuPont. Its EMC-bracket LED application on flexible strips has been recognised by Nichia and Seoul.
Choose a strip, pick the colour temperature, IP rating and number of 5 m reels, add it to the cart and pay by card through Stripe Checkout. Volume pricing applies per order line (5% off 10+ reels, 10% off 50+ reels, 15% off 200+ reels). The online store currently runs as a demo in Stripe test mode, so no real payment is taken — contact sales for real orders.
Standard shipping costs $25.00 and takes about 7–14 business days; it is free on orders over $500.00. Express shipping costs $60.00 and takes about 3–6 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply on delivery.
Yes. Artcolor customises optics, structure and LED chips for OEM/ODM programmes, provides lighting design from concept to installation, and integrates lighting, shading, HVAC and AV control systems (system integration currently in China).
