Artcolor app privacy policy

Who we are

The Artcolor app for iPhone, iPad and Android is published for Artcolor Lighting Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. ("Artcolor", "we"). It lets you browse our product catalogue, use LED planning tools and prepare quote requests.

Data the app collects

None. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. We do not sell or share personal data.

Data stored on your device

Your saved products, your quote list and the contact details you type into the quote form are stored only inside the app on your device (and in your device's own backup, if you use one). They are not sent to us. Delete them in the app at any time, or by deleting the app.

Quote requests

When you send a quote request, the app prepares an email to sales@artcolorled.com in your own mail app, or a text you can share through another app you choose. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself. We use what you send us only to answer your inquiry — quotes, samples and follow-up about your project — and keep that correspondence as business records.

Catalogue and images

The app downloads the product catalogue and product images from artcolorled.com. As with any website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver this content and protect the service. We do not use it to identify you or to build a profile.

Children

The app is intended for lighting professionals and businesses. It is not directed to children.

Changes and contact

If the app's data practices change, we will update this page and the date above before the new version is released.
